Sun protection starts inside. Sunscreen should be applied to clean, dry skin. Apply sunscreen 20 minutes before you head outside. Make sure you re-apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen every 2 hours and after swimming, sweating, exercise and towel drying.
